calm neighborhood polite staff convenient location
the location is convenient with multiple stations nearby making city exploration easy. the neighborhood offers a calm atmosphere with cafes and quiet streets offering relaxation after sightseeing. the staff showed courteous service.
the gym lacked a variety of equipment only including cardio machines which limited workout options.

free amenities outside patios
the lounge on the 14th floor provided complimentary juices and coffee. from 5 to 8 pm daily, they offered free drinks and snacks including champagne wine beers biscuits and chocolates. directly from the lounge i accessed two outside patios which was nice after a long day.
the area surrounding the hotel was very quiet. there were not many tourists around and in the evenings things were very quiet. i would have preferred more activity nearby.

shibakoen station was a two-minute walk and next to family mart. the hotel is close to the landmark. i went up to see 360-degree views of the area. there are convenience stores within minutes.

the lounge provided complimentary happy hours with coffee. some days offered free drinks and snacks on a complimentary basis. the drinks included beers and chocolates. biscuits and champagne were also available during those hours.

my room was on the 17th floor. it had an very nice view. i really miss opening the curtains every day. i asked for extra water which was delivered quickly by the staff.
